In the ambitious overhaul of this 70s-built rancher, this home underwent a huge transformation. With it being stripped right back to its studs and rebuilt to fulfill the client’s vision for openness and spaciousness. A 500 square meter expansion, breathing new life into the property. A highlight of the renovation is the addition of an entertainment room, perfect for hosting gatherings. The former garage area was repurposed into a state-of-the-art gym.
A new garage was also integrated to accommodate modern needs. Outdoor living received a significant upgrade with the installation of a covered wrap-around deck complete with an outdoor kitchen. To further enhance the interior, a large portion of the roof was removed and replaced with vaulted trusses, infusing the home with an impressive sense of height, space, and volume, truly redefining the concept of contemporary living.
