Do you have a project minimum?
Bowline does a wide range of projects, both small and large however we may not be the right fit for smaller projects that might be performed by more of a handyman style service. What is the average cost of a renovation?
There’s always a wide range of factors and considerations that can affect the cost of a project however our average renovation project falls between $250-$400 per square foot, giving you a start to finish project. We would love to talk about your specific project to give you a detailed cost analysis.
How long does the design process take?
Our average design process including permitting can take between 2 to 6 months. A smaller kitchen renovation would be closer to the 3-month range whereas an addition would be closer to 4-6 months.
How long does the average renovation take?
As Bowline does a wide range of projects, this can vary greatly. A smaller kitchen or interior renovations typically take between 6-12 weeks, whereas our larger whole home renovation or addition projects typically take between 3-6 months to complete.
