In this project, the clients were typical in that they were tired of a bad layout, an outdated design, and a need for more space, and they needed help. So, we explained our system, offered them a design build package, and got to work. The new design plan eliminated the old popcorn ceilings, the sunken formal living area, and the tired kitchen cabinets. We fully modernized the entire interior of this home. We designed an addition off the back for a new office and master bedroom above and built a beautifully crafted timber-framed roof and deck for entertaining outside. The clients were thrilled with our quality and speed.

*Note: This house was built in the ’90s, so we eliminated all the old detrimental “Poly-B” waterlines as part of the project, to leave our clients with peace of mind.
