This Marine Drive Tenant improvement, requiring new office/veterinary space was designed and built by Bowline.

Work included a full demolition of the existing unit, and installation of new floors, Hemlock cabinetry, solid hemlock ceiling features, new flooring, new bathroom. new staff kitchen, all new interior doors moldings, paint, glass office
partitions.
